The NET RMA Disabled Veteran Program only applies to Toll 49 located in Tyler, Texas.  For free passage on other Texas roadways, please visit:

There is currently no program for Disabled Veterans on NTTA (Dallas area) roadways, except for those managed by TxDOT (TEXpress Lanes)
