Toll 49 SEGMENT 6:

Toll 49 – Segment 6 extends from SH 110 near Whitehouse easterly to IH 20 near the Gregg County Line, a distance of approximately 19.2 miles. In addition, a spur would be constructed from Toll 49 northerly to the intersection of US 271 and SH 155, a distance of approximately 6.5 miles. This spur would connect Toll 49 with local highways and the UT Health Science Center complex. Corridor studies and environmental studies must be completed before the alignment of the proposed roadways can be accurately established. Construction on these segments would likely take approximately three (3) years. The design and construction of this project is not yet scheduled.
