Toll 49 - Segment 4 is in the preliminary planning stage of development.

Segment 4 will extend from IH 20 northerly to US 69 above Lindale, a distance of approximately 6.7 miles. Corridor planning, environmental documentation and clearance, and other tasks must be completed before these segments can enter the detailed design and construction phases.
